This seasoning mixture is manufactured by POLYDOR GmbH, according to an original Greek recipe.

 

 

Usage/recipe:

900g Cattle-minced and/or minced of the pig without fat

100g 100% Palmin vegetable oil and

35g seasoning mixture together

ca. 10 minutes knead, afterwards the mincemeat mass is ready for use.

Packing unit: 5kg aluminium compound foil

 

The seasoning mixture no. 61 – 65 differs from the different applied ingredients.
