The simple use:

Fill the fat drawer with some clear water.

Place any barbecue on the grill grates.
Close the grill grates and mount them centrally into the „Pollaplon“-Grill.

Slide the respective
case of the
„Pollaplon“-Grill
near to the
barbecue and
turn on the Poly-Infrared-
Heaterelements to the desired
heat level.

After the food has reached the desired cooking point,
turn out the grill-grates and the barbecue can be served.
